When God looks into
the mirror
Emerges the face of an ancient mariner
Who lost his way in the boiling ocean
A lame camel wanders through the desert
In search of a patch of greenery
When God looks into
the mirror
A
one-eyed hawk aims at its prey
Through
the layer of black sky
That
stars long forgotten
Even
the last rainbow is
Engulfed
by the black cloud
When God looks into
the mirror
Looms
the floating corpse of a girl
Who
fled from the grip of a witch
The
weeping of a blind owl
That
waiting for nightfall
Echoes
from the branches of winter tree
When God looks into
the mirror
Mermaids
come to lure
The
poor fisherman
Who
dives for pearl in the deep of sea
A
bleeding coral drags him
To
the world of unknown demons
When God looks into
the mirror
Headless
soldiers fight with each other
Not
knowing whom to kill
The
street-lights shut their eyes
And
a lonely spider crawls through
The
street of blood
Weaving
a web of disaster
Slowly...
and slowly...
And God looks into
the mirror.
